Online Account Management
You may log in to your account online to view all of your orders, anticipated shipment dates, balance, make changes to your address, add notes, and see your payment status. If you need your password reset please email email@example.com for assistance.

You may login to our wholesale account look book at any time for the latest images, pricing, our terms, Dropbox image links, product details and shopping cart are all available via the wholesale tab on our website.

You may submit orders via our online wholesale account page, via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or via fax to (970) 797-1041. Please make sure to include all order specification on the PO. This is very important that any alteration to the design be noted directly on the purchase order to avoid error in the delivery. Please make sure to include the desired ship date, color, metal finish, and any custom requests. Please make sure to allow for comfortable delivery window to accommodate shipping times. We process all orders via our online account system typically within 24 business hours of receipt of the PO. Please do not submit orders via social media. Only submit orders via email, fax, or the wholesale account page. A delivery estimate is noted on the PO once it is processed. Please note that this is a delivery estimate and may vary depending on the date we receive your work from our metal or lace manufacturer. We do our best to keep your anticipated ship date updated. If you have a firm delivery date we make sure to let our manufacturer know when submitting the order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, Wire Transfer, and Check. You may pay your balance via PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account. A link to a payment screen is available directly from our online account invoice. NSF fees for checks are $35 and no future checks will be accepted. We do not ship via COD for sample orders.
All Sample Order Payment
All sample orders are due at the time of ordering. You may order via our online wholesale account page. There is not a discounted amount applied to sample orders unless otherwise stated.
USA Order Payment: Bride/Client Order
We may extend Net 30 Day to US clients on orders from your bride/client orders. If you pay within 7 days of receiving the invoice you may receive 5% off. This discount is applied to bride orders only and does not apply to sample orders. If you pay after Net 30 Days there is a $25 late fee that will be applied to your account. All future orders will not ship if there is an outstanding balance on your account. You may login to your account at any time to pay any past due balances owed and shipping will resume.
International Order Payment: Bride/Client and Sample Order
All international clients and sample orders must be paid to begin production on the order. The delivery schedule will begin once payment has been made. Suggested Retail Markup Our accounts should not price lower than 2.25x markup. Our suggested markup is 2.5x.
Returns & Cancellations
Since each design is hand-crafted for you and/or your client we do not accept returns or cancellations. The production process begins when the order is placed. Should there be any need for repair we will repair the design and may discuss a fee if the damage is not a manufacturer's defect.

This delivery schedule all depends on the time of year and quantity of order. October market is always our highest volume delivery time and typically takes 16 weeks for all orders to ship. Pre-Order is available for October and April market to get your order at the beginning of the schedule. The rest of the year we typically deliver in 4-12 weeks for samples. Should you prefer to pre-order for market, the online look book is updated with new designs a few days before market each year.
Rush Orders: 2-4 weeks for shipping
Rush orders are available for a $35 fee (+) plus rush shipping charges for any order under 4 weeks on the shipping schedule. Please check with us before placing a rush order to make sure the design you are ordering is currently available for rush delivery as several of our designs ship from France and may take longer to arrive to us.
We ship FedEx 2-Day as our standard shipping method unless otherwise arranged. We can ship using your FedEx account number if you prefer this method. We can ship via FedEx Ground, 2-Day, or FedEx Saver unless it is a rush order. All rush orders are shipped via overnight or AM overnight delivery. Shipping fees vary by weight, size of box, and location and will be estimated at the time of ordering but may vary depending on final shipping total.
International orders may be shipped via a preferred method or on the account's shipping account. All duties & taxes are charged to the buyer.
We offer gift packaging for our accessories, headpieces, and veils. Please let us know if you prefer to use your own store packaging or if you would like our custom packaging when your order ships. We typically do not ship sample orders in gift boxes as we find they end up getting thrown away. Please let us know if you prefer to have packaging on hand and we can arrange to ship boxes for your stock samples.
We offer two trunk show options for our buyers to select from. We no longer ship samples for trunk shows to anyone that does not carry our line or order a sample collection.
Passive Trunk Show
We will send out the collection to your store location for you to have for your event to style clients and see a larger selection of accessories, headpieces, and veils from the line. All designs are pre-tagged with our suggested retail price at a 2.5x markup. We have the samples on a tight editorial/trunk show schedule so they must be shipped out for overnight or 2 day delivery on the Monday following the trunk show. If you would like the samples for an extended time please let us know in advance and we will do our best to schedule this into your request.
Active Trunk Show
We will send an Enchanted Atelier by Liv Hart representative out to your location to train your staff on styling options for the line, work with your brides during the event, set up the display for your store location, and assist you with sales for the event. Please let us know if you are interested in a staff person attending your show and we can discuss travel costs and timing.
We get many requests to call in samples to borrow. Unfortunately we cannot always honor these requests quickly since they are most likely committed in advance for another event, editorial, or trunk show. We will do our best to help your brides see samples. We require that the store location pays for shipping for these requests.
We hand pick buyers that we believe will be a good fit for our line, design aesthetic, and price point. We want to do everything we can to support our joint endeavor for great sales in your area. We can offer exclusivity to you on the designs you carry in your store if the designs are selling well in your location. We design around 50 new pieces each season so any designs that are not carried in your location may be represented in another store location. Please feel free to contact us for more information. We cannot offer exclusivity on our collaborative collection Enchanted Atelier for Claire Pettibone.
Cleaning & Care
Enchanted Atelier by Liv Hart accessories, headpieces, and veils are hand-crafted designs. To keep them in the best possible repair we suggest the following for your samples: Do not store your samples in sunlight. Sunlight is dangerous for fabric or metal as it will fade the color of fabric and will encourage tarnishing on plated accessories. Do not spray hair products directly on the accessories, headpieces, or veils when being used for in store styling events or sent out for editorial use. Hairspray, perfumes, and other styling products will cloud Swarovski crystals with a thin film that will make them appear dull. Have the stylist complete the hairstyle and then place the accessory or place a tissue over the accessory to avoid this. Do not use jewelry cleaning solution. Costume jewelry and accessories are plated in rhodium, antique silver/gold, or brass and should not be dipped in cleaning solution. Use a polishing cloth to lightly polish the stones periodically. Please let us know if you need a polishing cloth for your store location and we can provide this with your sample order. Humidity causes tarnishing any metal if it is not gold or platinum. If you live in a humid climate we suggest purchasing Anti-Tarnish Strips to put in your jewelry display area and change them every 6 months. The strips will assist in all of your designs staying in their best possible condition. All metals will tarnish with the exception of gold and platinum. If you need a simple repair for upkeep of your product you may send the design to our address below and we can adjust a rivet, set a stone, or replace a ribbon at no charge. Any other repairs may result in a charge. We want your store sample to be in the best possible condition to assist in sales. We request that the store pays to ship the design to us and we will ship it back.
We are a small couture design atelier/studio. Although some of our components may be manufactured, each design is hand-assembled and is a unique piece of art. Please allow for small unique variations in designs for this reason. We run many orders of hand-dyed ribbon, feather orders, silk orders, etc, and there are subtle variations between them. We order our components from several companies throughout the USA, Germany, France, India, and Canada. We have selected each of these companies to assist in the production of our product because of their amazing skill and design capabilities. Ex.: Our lace, for example, is loomed on 120 year old looms in Caudry, France. This makes our product truly special and unique but it does sometimes require an additional delivery time if we do not have the designs in stock. We do try to stock as much of our metalwork and fabric as possible to avoid these delays. During our busy season, especially October market and Spring wedding season, we can experience back orders and do our best to accommodate rush orders and prevent delays in shipping. At times we cannot avoid this and will notify you if a particular item is on backorder or if it has not arrived on the schedule we had originally planned on. We seek to offer a wonderful product and find that it is worth the time to find just the right people to assist in our production so that we may offer you a work of art.

We are open Monday-Friday from 9:30am to 5pm. We have a small studio and we are working to get orders processed as quickly as possible. We check our email a few times daily and will respond to emails and return calls within 24 hours Monday-Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday but will get back to you with any questions you may have on Monday. We are closed during all major holidays.
