Are custom designs available?

We love creating the design of your dreams.  Please let us know if you have a particular design in mind.  Custom design fees depend on the materials used and the time needed to create the design of your dreams. Quotes available upon request.


Are the designs available in other colors?

All of our designs can be created in nearly any color ribbon or Swarovski crystal color. If you would like a design for your bridesmaids, special event, or everyday piece in a colorful option just let the store nearest you know your preference.


What if there is not a store location near me?

Please let us know if you are unable to visit the location nearest you. We will arrange for the design to ship through a store near you or assist you directly from our atelier.


What does Enchanted Atelier mean?

Enchanted means, "fill with great delight; charm."

and Atelier means, "a workshop or studio, especially one used by an artist or designer."  Enchanted Atelier is a studio that produces designs that are designed artfully and with great charm.

When will my order ship?

Enchanted Atelier by Liv Hart designs are custom made for each client. We look forward to you enjoying your design very soon!


Store Sample Order: Ships in 8-16 weeks

Client/Bride Orders: Ships in 8-12 weeks

Rush Orders: Ships in 4 weeks or less

Shoes: Please refer shipping guidelines on each shoe page.


Please allow enough time for the delivery of your accessory(s) before confirming time-sensitive appointments such as portraits, fittings, or hair trials. In most cases, it is not possible to speed up the delivery of your design after the order has been processed. Please contact us prior to completing a rush order to make sure that option is currently available for the style you selected. We always do our best to ship as early as possible but often times orders do take the full production time.


What is the return policy?

Shoes: Please refer to the shoe return policy on each shoe page. 

Headpieces, Accessories, & Veils: We do not allow returns for headpieces, accessories, or veils. We will make repairs if a manufacturer's defect is reported upon receipt of the item. We cannot be responsible for item that at lost, damaged, or stolen after shipping.
